Simply Elle Boutique accepts PayPal and all major credit cards.

Tax rates will be based on your local sales tax rate.

Shipping & Local Pickup

We offer free local pickup to anyone in the southeast Nebraska area!

All orders outside of the area are shipped via USPS.  Allow up to 5 business days for your order to be processed. Please make sure shipping address is correct as all orders will be shipped to the address shown.  Simply Elle is not responsible for any lost, damaged or stolen packages.

Free standard shipping is offered to all customers who spend over $99!

$6 flat rate shipping on all orders within the US.

At checkout you will have the option to pick either shipping or local pickup.  Please note if you choose local pickup, the item will NOT be immediately available for pickup right after the order is placed. You will receive an email or phone call once your item is fully processed and ready to be picked up.

Exchanges & Returns

We know you’ll love your new items from Simply Elle Boutique, but please be sure to inspect the items immediately upon receipt.  Returns and exchanges are only offered on regular priced apparel.

Home décor items are not available for return unless the item is defective or damaged upon receipt.

Please contact us right away if the merchandise is defective.  You have 10 days from receipt of the items to notify us.  Exchanges and or returns can be initiated by emailing returns@simplyelleboutique.com and receiving a return confirmation.  You will be emailed a return shipment label to simplify your return.

For exchanges, (on apparel items only) once you have received your return confirmation, go to our website and place a new order for the item you wish to purchase instead.  When we receive your return, we will issue you a full refund for the item, minus the cost of shipping.

The following terms and conditions must apply to qualify for an exchange or credit.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged or altered, and in original condition
  • Unless damaged upon receipt, all home décor and custom items are not eligible for return.
  • Packaging, tags and labels should be attached and in the same condition as received
  • It is not a sale or clearance item
  • The item should be returned within 10 days from your return confirmation email
  • Customers are responsible for shipping costs

Simply Elle reserves the right to refuse items for exchange when they do not meet the conditions above.
